My New Non-Negotiable (And Why It Should Be Yours Too)

When you run 10 miles a day at 53 years old, your body is constantly screaming at you.

Every step, every mile, every morning. It's inflammation on repeat. My joints ache. My muscles protest. And my cortisol? Let's just say it's been through the wringer.

For years, I managed this the hard way. A cabinet full of supplements, a strict nutrition protocol, and a recovery routine that looked more like a second job. Fish oil here. Turmeric capsules there. Bone broth. Protein shakes. It worked, but barely. And honestly? It was exhausting.

Then someone handed me a can of Orange Toucan.

I'd never heard of moringa. Yeah, I know. Hard to believe coming from someone who's spent the last decade obsessing over every compound that could give me an edge. But it wasn't on my radar.

Now I can't imagine training without it.

Here's what changed. Where I used to juggle multiple supplements just to keep inflammation at bay and my cortisol from going haywire, one can of Orange Toucan now does the job. It's simplified my entire supplement protocol without compromising results. My recovery is better than ever.

And I'm extremely cautious about what I put in my body. I read every label. I research every ingredient. I don't trust proprietary blends or "natural flavors" that hide who-knows-what.

Orange Toucan lists everything. Real moringa. Real fruit from regenerative farms in Thailand. Turmeric and ginger for added anti-inflammatory power. Zero sugar. That's why I partnered with them. This isn't a product I'm just putting my name on. It's become a genuine non-negotiable in my daily routine.

Now, here's what I want you to know.

You don't need to be running 100-mile weeks to benefit from this. Whether you're walking 30 minutes a day, doing yoga twice a week, or just trying to keep up with your kids or grandkids, your body is dealing with inflammation. Stress from work, from relationships, from simply being alive. It all triggers cortisol.

The secret I've learned after overcoming addiction, multiple surgeries, and years of pushing my body to its limit? Consistency beats intensity every single time.

You don't need to overhaul your entire life. You just need to give your body the right tools, consistently.

For me, that tool is Orange Toucan. I hope it becomes one of yours, too.

Get busy living,
