What’s in the can
Four ingredients. Here’s what each one is for.
Every flavor starts with the same four, sweetened with monk fruit. No caffeine, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives.
Whole fruit juice
More than half of every can is juice from whole fruit, never from concentrate. It’s why this drinks like hydration, not like a shot.
Moringa leaf, 500 mg
Lightly dried and crushed whole, never dehydrated or ground into powder. Moringa leaf is naturally rich in flavonoid antioxidants, including quercetin and kaempferol (Vergara-Jimenez et al., Antioxidants, 2017).
Ginger root
Pressed root, not flavoring. Gingerols are ginger’s anti-inflammatory compounds and the warm finish at the end of every sip. In an 11-day study, adults taking ginger daily reported 25% less muscle soreness the day after hard exercise (Black et al., The Journal of Pain, 2010).
Turmeric root
Real root in every flavor, earthy and golden. Curcumin is turmeric’s anti-inflammatory compound, linked to less post-exercise muscle soreness across 10 randomized trials (Phytotherapy Research, 2022).
